Welcome to your comfy, colorful, contemporary vacation home! This wonderful house has plenty of room for everyone, with lots of amenities to go around. You’ll enter into a fabulous open floor plan where the living room, kitchen, and dining room meet up in one spacious, well-curated gathering area.
Home cooks will love the convenience of the fully equipped kosher kitchen with its premium appliances, wide gleaming granite counters, lots of cabinetry for storage, and a breakfast bar for quick, casual meals. It has 2 ovens, 2 sets of pots and pans, and dishwasher.
A stunning dining table, with chairs and high end finishings can easily seat up to 14 guests for more formal meals together.
If guests aren’t too tired from busy days at the theme parks, they’ll find entertainment in the awesome game room, well-stocked with every kind of fun imaginable like air hockey and foosball, and a full size pool table. For those who want to maintain their fitness while on vacation, the home has a treadmill.
There’s also a fabulous home theater with cinema seating and a large screen to watch all of your favorite movies. Make sure to microwave some popcorn.
Bedrooms are lavish with luxurious bedding and exquisite details. For the kiddos there's everyone's favorite a frozen themed bedroom, a galactic themed bedroom with bunk beds, and a nautical themed bunk bedroom.
Right outside your patio doors, you’ll feel like you’re somewhere far away too in a peaceful poolside deck with your own private swimming pool and relaxing spa where you can savor the sunshine and palm trees, as well as built in outdoor pergola and BBQ.

*** Fresh bath towels and pool towels are provided for all guests.
PARKING:
Parking available in the driveway. Additional parking in marked street spots. Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk. Cars that violate this may be towed at the guest's expense.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
• We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (PUBLIX - 2-3 Miles)
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
TRASH COLLECTION:
Please put all trash in bags and place in the bin at front of the house for daily pickup.
PACKAGES AND ONLINE PURCHASES:
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX deliver packages in the resort.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
• Cost: $40 ($50 for Iris) per day. Pool heat is required to heat the spa as they cannot be separated
• Must be purchased for entire stay
• Temperature will not exceed 92F for the pool and 104 for spa.
• Must be requested 48h in advance.
• Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather (below 50 degrees). If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• We manage nearby properties if you need more than one!
• A rental agreement requiring signature will be sent to the confirmed guest after booking. A copy of this agreement can be provided prior to booking as requested
• Contactless check-in is anytime after 4p with checkout anytime before 10a
• We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.
• A photocopy of your driver's license and credit card may be required upon check-in
