There is also a 12 seat dining room perfect for Shabbos meals.
Everyone can enjoy some board games or binge-watch their favorite shows at night. When the TV is in use downstairs, there’s also a TV loft area with comfortable oversized sectional and a large screen TV. Right off the lounge, there’s a pool table so you can stir up some friendly competition.
Bedtime is cozy for everyone, with two beds in each of the bedrooms with high end bedding.
The air conditioned garage is full of entertainment for all ages. There's an air hockey, fooseball table and ping pong table.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (PUBLIX - 2-3 Miles)
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
TRASH COLLECTION:
Please put all trash in bags and place in the bin at front of the house for daily pickup.
PACKAGES AND ONLINE PURCHASES:
Only UPS, AMAZON, DHL and FEDEX deliver packages in the resort.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
• Cost: $40 ($50 for Iris) per day. Pool heat is required to heat the spa as they cannot be separated
• Must be purchased for entire stay
• Temperature will not exceed 92F for the pool and 104 for spa.
• Must be requested 48h in advance.
• Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather (below 50 degrees). If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• We manage nearby properties if you need more than one!
• A rental agreement requiring signature will be sent to the confirmed guest after booking. A copy of this agreement can be provided prior to booking as requested
• Contactless check-in is anytime after 4p with checkout anytime before 10a
• We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.
• A photocopy of your driver's license and credit card may be required upon check-in
